it says the publisher cannot be verified. are u sure u want to run this software. i click run and it says to r this application you must install one of these .net framework v2.0.50727 how do i do it and what does it do

i tried downloading a aimbot for the PC Halo but it said that it had to close info might be lost yada yada but i want to download it and i cant download it can i get help or have one sent to me?
